These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Reef Baghdad Restaurant’s website, services, and dining experience. By accessing our website, making reservations, or dining with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Reservations & Bookings

To ensure the best dining experience for all our guests, we have established the following reservation policies:

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the restaurant
• We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reserved time. After this period, your table may be released to other guests
• Large group reservations (8+ people) require 24-hour advance notice
• Special dietary requirements and allergies should be communicated at the time of booking
• We may contact you via phone or email to confirm your reservation details
• Reservation times are allocated for 2 hours for tables of 2-4, and 2.5 hours for larger groups

Cancellation & Modification Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our restaurant:

• Standard reservations require 2 hours notice for cancellation or modification
• For special events, holiday bookings, and parties of 8 or more, 24-hour cancellation notice is required
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equivalent to the deposit amount
• Modifications to guest numbers should be communicated at least 4 hours in advance

Payment Terms & Pricing

We strive for transparency in all our pricing and payment processes:

• We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• All prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include applicable taxes
• A 10% service charge may be applied for groups of 8 or more
• Gift cards and promotional vouchers are subject to their specific terms and conditions
• Prices are subject to change without notice, though we honor the prices at the time of booking
• Deposits may be required for special events and large group bookings

Dining Experience & Conduct

To maintain the authentic Iraqi dining atmosphere and ensure all guests enjoy their experience:

• Smart casual dress code is appreciated to maintain our restaurant’s ambiance
• We accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with advance notice
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of celebration cakes (cake cutting fee may apply)
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times for their safety
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or under the influence
• Photography for personal use is permitted, but commercial photography requires prior approval

Food Safety & Allergies

Your health and safety are our top priorities:

• We handle allergens with care, but cannot guarantee completely allergen-free environments
• Guests with severe allergies must inform staff before ordering
• Our menu contains detailed information about common allergens
• We follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols in all our food preparation
• Consumption of raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, or eggs may increase risk of foodborne illness

Liability & Responsibility

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction:

• Reef Baghdad is not liable for lost or stolen personal property on our premises
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to restaurant property
• We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if they disrupt other diners’ experiences
• In case of emergencies, guests must follow staff instructions and emergency procedures
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for public liability

Intellectual Property

Protecting our brand and creations:

• All content on our website, including logos, menu designs, and photography, is owned by Reef Baghdad
• Recipes and cooking methods are proprietary and protected
• Unauthorized commercial use of our intellectual property is prohibited
• Guest reviews and photos may be used for promotional purposes with attribution

• By making a reservation, you agree to receive confirmation and reminder communications
• You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time
• Feedback and complaints should be directed to our management team for proper handling
